Hello Reader, Moms’ Essential Tools to Manage Stress starts December 1st
Let's get you organized for the live 4-part series next week so you're ready!
I am certain that this training will make a difference in your life and help you be ready to manage in productive ways the stress from the holidays.
There are TWO ACTION STEPS I need you to take today, in order to get you set up for the training.
ACTION STEP ONE
Join the Exclusive Community for Moms. All the training will be held live daily in the Flourishing Moms Facebook group HERE. You need to get into that group to have access to the training.
Once you join, a member of the team will reach out - so make sure to check your Direct Messages, Message Requests and Spam folder right in Facebook.
ACTION STEP TWO
Download and print your workbook! If you're a member of the Facebook group already, the team and I will be reaching out to you today to get you your copy of the workbook.

The last several months have been stressful and uncertain and as mothers we have so many things that fall on our laps. Having to deal with so much, can leave us feeling drained, overwhelmed, or out of control. In this workshop you will gain tools to use in your day to day life so you can reduce your stress and feel empowered and in control! This workshop is just what you need to deal with the COVID Holiday season coming your way and have a plan!
If you have any questions, please let me know.
I wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving and I see you there in the Facebook group!
Sincerely,
